Viktoriagården is nestled in a beautiful and peaceful environment in the small village of Aspa along road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda/Gnesta. In our small village with 5 houses and a daily activity center, 10 adults live and work within LSS, group one. Around the users, we work in small staff groups for the best possible continuity. We have approximately 50 permanent employees and about 15 hourly employees.

We are now looking for several substitutes for our houses; you should be available to work during sickness and leave of regular staff. There is a good opportunity for extended temporary positions and/or future employment.

The tasks consist of supporting the main person in their daily life and daily activities. As a person, you are attentive, curious, and responsible. You have good collaboration skills and can also take responsibility. The work is developing with a lot of freedom under responsibility.

Knowledge of low-arousal approaches and experience with challenging behaviors is of great importance. Experience with alternative communication, sign language support, or visual aids is also meritorious.

You who are applying need to master Swedish both in speech and writing as documentation is part of the tasks. A B driver's license is a requirement to drive the company's vehicles in service.

Working hours/schedule: You primarily work full days (morning to late evening) or shifts.
